Responsibilities of Project Leader

• Plan the newsletter in close cooperation with the team members and the project administration (i.e. sponsor)
• Call for contributions
• Assist writers in the writing process (defining topics, building teams for collaborative writing etc.)
• Organize the formatting and designing of the articles
• Proof-reading

Responsibilities of Project Team Members

• Contribute articles and regular "features", alone or in teams
• Help each other with proof-reading
• Design

Responsibilities of Project Sponsor

• Assist in the planning phase, e.g. with identifying topics of general interest
• Final review

Measures of Success

• Publication of the newsletter
