- The goal of this project is to execute the next round of Mozzie Awards (Year End Mozzies 2007) which are a somewhat-serious, somewhat-fun set of peer-voted awards in various categories.

- Responsibilities of Project Leader
- Decide on the schedule for open/close of nominations and open/close of voting.
- Determine list of Mozzie Award categories.
- Set voting rules.
- Resolve any disputes or issues that arise.
- Arrange for software assistance (if necessary).
- Arrange for graphic assistance (if necessary).
- Complete brief summary report which includes the award categories, winners, and recommendations for the next round of Mozzies.
- Responsibilities of Project Team Members
- Assist project leader with voting software or creation of award images.
- Assist in tallying nominations using voting software.
- Assist in deciding on award categories.
- Responsibilities of Project Sponsor
- Make dashboard announcements to note opening of nominations, opening of voting, and results.
- Ensure that Mozzie Award images are published on ODP server.
- Measures of Success
- Completing a fun set of awards on schedule (including award images) is the most important measure of success.

- December 9 - Voting begins!

- December 28 - Voting complete at 11:59PM
- December 29 - Email goes out to editors announcing their placement
- December 29 - Vote totals get released
- December 29 - jtaylorj contacts creator of chosen banner with a list of winners
- January 3 - Banners should be emailed to jtaylorj and gti96. gti96 to send banners to staff for upload
- Sooner or later - jtaylorj sends out feedback announcing the completion and uploading of the new banners
