Project 20. Geocoding for Categories

Goal

To collect ideas for adding geographic data to ODP categories, including thinking about the data we'd like to store, input mechanisms, utilisation of existing datasets, and the output formats for the data (including the RDF and category page enhancements).

• Contribute to the discussion and help refine proposals.

Measures of Success

• Achieve a consensus on whether or not storing geo-data for categories is useful, and if so what data should be stored.
• Also have developed ideas / proposals for how data could be captured and how it could then be used to enhance ODP products.
