- Plan the newsletter in close cooperation with the team members and the project administration (i.e. sponsor)
- Call for contributions
- Assist writers in the writing process (defining topics, building teams for collaborative writing etc.)
- Organize the formatting and designing of the articles
- Proof-reading
- Responsibilities of Project Team Members
- Contribute articles and regular "features", alone or in teams
- Help each other with proof-reading
