- Responsibilities of Project Leader
- Build project team with translators in each language.
- Prioritize documents for translation (i.e. primary editing guidelines are relatively high priority).
- Facilitate and encourage translation efforts. Translations in each individual language will likely be managed by a team member fluent in that language.

- Responsibilities of Project Sponsor
- Build software that enables translation of documents by team members, and publishing of those documents by project leader onto http://dmoz.org/ .
- Ensure that document translation is consistent with documentation guidelines.
- Measures of Success
- The number of documents translated in each language will be compared at the start and completion of the project period.
